Teresa has long been passionate about worldwide travel. She founded Scuba Travel Ventures (STV) in 1994, which recently celebrated 30 years in business. The secret to her success? Building strong relationships with her clients and desti- nation partners.
Mario held numerous roles in marketing, sales, and design before joining STV full-time in 2009. However, he’s played a significant role in the company’s branding since Day One.
Liz Tuttle became a travel specialist to share her passion and deep knowledge of adventure with fellow wanderers. Liz began her diving journey in 2007 and has explored an impressive range of underwater destinations, from the colorful reefs in Indonesia to the chilly Arctic waters of Norway.
Marissa has two roles at STV: Accountant and Customer Service Representative. She attended Cal State Fullerton where she earned a degree in International Business, which has given her a sturdy foundation on the ins and outs of the Travel & Tourism sector. Being the daughter of two travel agents, she has a deep love of adventure and intercultural understand- ing.
Zach is a writer and scuba diver who makes contributions to the STV website. He studied film and media at UC Santa Barbara and is currently a grad student at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography.
Karen Lewis, with her vast office administrative experience, assists with the preparation of your travel documents. She says... “delivering these much-anticipated documents is like playing Scuba Santa all year long!” Thanks to her English parents, her love of world exploration began at an early age with family vacations to the United Kingdom and Mexico.
