I first met Scuba Travel Ventures at DEMA in 2005. I was a retiree who had just opened a dive shop, and I knew nothing about dive travel. They said, “We’ll teach you.” They took me on a familiarization to the Philippines in 2006 and I returned in 2007 with thirty-six divers. We have returned to S.E. Asia at least once every year since, except COVID year. The smallest group we have ever led is 16 divers because that was the limit of the liveaboard. The reason for this success is founded on Scuba Travel Ventures. I will never sell a trip without STV to back me up. It’s not about making the arrangements and booking our flights, it’s about BACKUP. If we are in transit and we have a problem I immediately call STV (24/7) and hand the problem off to them. We board our flight to our next destination while STV goes to work on our problem. When we land wherever, I call for an update and the resolution of the problem. Their service is invaluable. We won’t leave home without them covering our backs.
